Interviewer and Jessica

I = interviewer, J = Jessica

I: Can you tell us about a memorable day, Jessica?
J: Well, let me see. I have a lot of memorable days. But yes, there was one particular day last year that was memorable.
I: When was it?
J: It was the 14th of February.
I: Valentine’s Day?
J: Yes, exactly. That’s why I remember the date. I had a boyfriend at that time but we argued a lot so I was alone. In fact, I was with two friends.
I: Where were you?
J: We decided to have fun and went to a concert of our favourite band.
I: Where was the concert?
J: It was in a club in Manchester. So we arrived there the day before the concert.
I: What did you do before the concert?
J: We had a drink in a very old cafe in the city centre. Then we couldn’t find the place where the concert was. We didn’t know where the club was, so we walked around and asked people to help us. In the end we got there 5 minutes before the concert started.
I: Was the concert good?
J: Emmm, actually no. The band didn’t play our favourite songs.
I: When did you go home after the concert?
J: We were hungry after the concert and we went to a restaurant. The food was delicious! After that, we got a taxi home.
I: Thank you, Jessica, for your story!
